The Live Training stage of In-person Certification happens over 3 full days (with lunch and refreshments provided), while Live Training for our Virtual Certification programme comprises 10 x 2.5-hour sessions, running Mon-Fri for two weeks.

 

Our dates for 2024 are as follows:

• In-person Certification, Singapore 26th-28th February

• Virtual Certification, 13th-17th and 20th-24th May (7-9:30pm NZT each day)

• Virtual Certification, 11th-15th and 18th-22nd November (8-10:30pm NZT each day)

Birkman Signature Reports provide a powerful foundation for one-on-one coaching conversations, team workshops and organisational interventions. Data is readily aggregated and analysed to provide powerful insight into team and organisational dynamics, strength of perspectives and potential gaps or blind spots.

This programme will equip you to feel confident and competent in using Signature, and will provide you with plenty of opportunities to practice what you’re learning and start applying it in conversations with other participants.

Attendees come from all over the world and from various different industries and backgrounds, bringing a diversity of experience and perspective which add additional layers of value to one-on-one conversations and group discussions.
