Taking you deeper in your understanding and interpretation of Birkman Components.
This training programme comprises 6 x 2 hour sessions, usually running Tues-Thurs for two weeks. We currently have no fixed dates for our next Component Combinations programme, but you can contact us to register your interest.
Through this programme you will build up your expertise and confidence in recognising and interpreting how different combinations are likely to ‘play out’ in real life, and you’ll be equipped to explore these with your clients.
We’ll revisit norm scores for each component and what it means to have scores close or far from the norms, as well as exploring the impact of underlying needs on a person’s perspectives and motivation. There’ll be plenty of practice conversations and opportunity to discuss questions and ‘difficult profiles’ you’ve encountered.
This programme comprises 6 x 2 hour sessions, plus approximately 4 hours of preparation and self-study.
This provides 16 hours of Birkman learning credits.
