The Birkman Method Certification Programme:
Birkman Certification is currently delivered either as a 3 day in-person programme, or as a 10 x 2.5 hour virtual programme over 2 weeks. All programmes are highly interactive, and also include pre-work and a follow-up session post training, along with all training materials.
Successful completion of Birkman Certification grants status as a Birkman Certified Professional (BCP), which in turn allows you to use the Birkman Method (TBM) in your job or business.
Specifically, Certification:

Equips you to deliver effective Birkman Signature debriefs and coaching sessions;

Understand the basics of using Birkman reports and data in a team or organisational setting;

Allows you to open an account with Kokkoi, giving you access to wholesale pricing on TBM Questionnaires;

Participate in Kokkoi’s bi-monthly meetups for its BCPs, and join Kokkoi’s Facebook Group, which has extensive skill-building content; both of which will contribute to a BCP’s ongoing development in all areas, including working with teams and organisations; and - perhaps most fundamentally -

Acquire a new understanding of human behaviour and a resilient framework for making sense of why people behave the way they do.

Why should I get Certified in Birkman?
Although we have options that don’t require full Birkman Certification to use, you will only be able to deliver the full power of The Birkman Method® (TBM). In particular, a Birkman Signature Report must be delivered to the respondent by a Birkman Certified Professional (BCP).
And as noted in the page above, completing Certification will equip you with the most accurate and robust framework for understanding people, and why we are all as we are.
What do I get when I enrol in Birkman Certification?

You get a debrief on your own Birkman Signature Report (including a Birkman Questionnaire if you haven’t previously completed one;

Access to Birkman’s online Pre-Work course, which covers most of the key learning contented which must be completed before the Certification sessions begin;

3 days (in-person) or 10 x 2.5 hour virtual sessions (every day for two weeks) of interactive learning, reinforcing prior learning, applying learning to practical scenarios and practice conversations with other members of your cohort; all delivered by our expert trainers - all of whom have extensive experience working with corporate and private clients;

2 free Birkman Questionnaires to use with friends or family for practice as soon as the course is completed;

Re-connect session 2-3 weeks post Certification, as an opportunity to share your experiences so far;

Open your own Birkman sub-account with Kokkoi, enabling you to authorise and send Birkman Questionnaires and run Reports etc;

Bi-Monthly BCP Meetups with other BCPs in Kokkoi’s network;

What does Birkman Certification cost?
The equivalent of USD5000 in local currency, plus local taxes if applicable. This is a one-off charge; Birkman sub-accounts with Kokkoi do not attract any annual maintenance fee.
