Kokkoi Limited collects limited data about its clients and users in the course of doing business. All invoicing data is kept securely in Xero. Payments data is collected by our bank (ANZ) and our payments processors (PayPal and Stripe); in no case do they divulge personal data to us, other than amount of payment and identification of the payee. Access to these systems is via encrypted and password-protected Mac laptops and each system above uses 2FA as well as password protection.

 

All Kokkoi products are powered by The Birkman Method® (TBM) data. Signature is a Birkman product; all other products are developed by Kokkoi Ltd in NZ and our Global Partners, Elaura (Elaura Asia Pte Ltd in Singapore and Elaura Limited in the UK), using TBM Data.

All data is collected using the Birkman Method Questionnaire by Birkman International on its own servers and, after processing, is released to us as Birkman Data and stored for us on Elaura’s secure servers.
 

Kokkoi Ltd is fully compliant with the NZ Privacy Act 2020, and its partners Birkman International LLC in the US and Elaura Asia Pte Ltd in Singapore are subject to privacy laws that provide comparable safeguards to the NZ Privacy Act.
